Limitless Potential on Individualized Exercise.

When I meet with someone for the first time (or even the 200th time), all I see are possibilities. 

Limitless potential. 

A person who can utilize, progress, and prevail through exercises they didn’t even know existed. Exercises that will strengthen every muscle cell and fiber in their body because they are being appropriately challenged and given attention to in every way, shape and form. 

The real story: 

Your body dictates the exercises and rules it adheres to NOT the other way around. Once those rules are recognized and adhered to, it’s GO time. 

It’s a joint-to-joint, muscle-to-muscle, internal vs. external load dynamic that results in some major shifts. 

Examples: 

Increased blood flow throughout the body.

You can learn and remember things swiftly. 

Environmental versatility.

Change of speed or direction is not a problem.

Everything you do becomes easier.

Building this type of foundation and understanding within our system is counterproductive to the current exercise culture. (Fast results with no foundation) But it is one that provides you with a responsive, robust and resilient system ready to take on ANYTHING. 

I challenge you to choose empowerment over limitations. Education over ignorance
